Recovery After Blepharoplasty
After the procedure, rest is essential for a few days. Some swelling and discomfort are normal and can be managed with pain relievers and cold compresses. Temporary side effects like blurry vision or light sensitivity may occur for a day or two.
Most patients can resume normal activities within two weeks of surgery. However, contact lens wear should be avoided for two weeks after surgery.
